From Architecture to Flowers and Candles: My Journey to Slow Living in Umbria
As an architect, during more than 20 years, my life was always tightly scheduled: deadlines, projects, technical details, perfection. But somewhere along the way, I realized something was missing—the calm, the creativity that makes you truly feel alive. This led me on a journey toward a life where time flows slowly, and beauty and attention take center stage.
This journey brought me to Umbria, (a long long journey) surrounded by nature, silence, and the rhythm of the seasons. Here, I started my flower farm and discovered the magic of flowers in all their forms and colors. Soon after, I began creating my handcrafted botanical candles—tiny gardens of light that instantly transform a space. Every flower arrangement, every candle tells a story and invites you to pause and appreciate the moment.
The most rewarding part of my work ?
Inspiring people to slow down themselves, to create for themselves. For examples In my workshops, I invite you to experience that calm, to craft something with your own hands that carries attention and care. It's not just a workshop—it's a moment for yourself, a mini-journey into slow living. You feel the texture of the flowers, the gentle rhythm of hands at work, and the joy of making something unique.
