A personal conversation comes first
Once I receive your inquiry, I always make time to arrange a personal (video)call with you. It gives me the chance to understand your wishes, your vision and the atmosphere you hope to create for your wedding.
After our conversation, I can prepare a thoughtful, personalised proposal and quotation that truly reflects what matters to you both.

FAQ Day-after Flower Experience
How many people can join?
The experiences are designed for intimate groups of approximately 6 to 15 guests. Smaller groups may also be possible, subject to a minimum booking value of €450.
Pricing is based on your group size, with separate rates for 6–9 guests and 10–15 guests. As the group grows, the price per person becomes more favourable, while keeping the experience personal and carefully guided.
Larger groups are also welcome on request and can be arranged with a personalised quote, depending on the chosen experience, location and number of participants.
Where can the experience take place?
Whenever possible, we invite couples and their guests to join me in Todi, either at the Candle & Flower Bar or on the Flower Farm
I can also bring the experience directly to your wedding venue. For venue-based experiences, an additional travel and set-up fee from 150€ applies
If you join is in Todi, ideal is that you venue is not more than 1 hour drive from Todi because of the flowerpick-up (see further)
What happens to our wedding flowers if we choose the experience in Todi?
If your Day-After Flower Experience takes place at the Candle & Flower Bar in Todi or on the Flower Farm, I can arrange to collect the wedding flowers from your venue beforehand, so you don't need to transport them yourselves.
The collection is planned in advance with your wedding planner, florist or venue or yourself.
Before collection, we confirm which arrangements may be dismantled, which flowers should be kept aside and which flowers are suitable for your chosen experience
Can we combine our experience with lunch in Todi ?
Yes. On request, your Day-After Flower Experience can be combined with a relaxed lunch in Todi through one of our local restaurant partners.
It is a lovely way to continue the celebration together — spending the morning creating with your wedding flowers, followed by lunch in the historic centre of Todi.
Lunch arrangements are quoted separately according to the group size and chosen restaurant.
Do we need to prepare the flowers before collection ?
No.
We can organise the flower collection directly with you, or with your florist, planner or venue team if they are involved. The only important thing is that the agreed flowers and arrangements remain available after the celebration.
Venues are usually happy for the flowers to be collected afterwards, especially when arrangements need to be cleared following the wedding.
Flower collection is generally available for venues located within approximately one hour's drive from Todi.
For venues further away, please ask for a personalised collection quote.
How long does a Day-After Flower Experience last?
Most experiences last approximately 1.5 to 2 hours up to 3 hours, depending on the chosen experience and the size of the group.
When the experience takes place in Todi or on the Flower Farm, it is usually scheduled in the afternoon. This allows the morning to be used for the practical coordination and collection of the wedding flowers, so everything is ready when you arrive.
Guests can enjoy lunch in Todi beforehand or travel in from their venue and join the experience afterwards.
For experiences held directly at your wedding venue, morning or afternoon sessions are both possible, starting from approximately 11:00 am.
How far do you travel for venue workshops
Venue experiences are generally available within approximately 1 to maximum 1.5 hours drive from Todi.
This covers most of central Umbria and selected areas of southern Tuscany and northern Lazio — for example Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Orvieto, Narni, Amelia, Lake Trasimeno, Cortona, Montepulciano, Bolsena and Viterbo.
When should the experience take place place ?
Ideally, the experience takes place within 1–2 days of the celebration, while the flowers are still fresh and in good condition.
Do you need to have been our weddingflorist ?
Not at all !
You can book a Day-After Flower Experience even if another florist has designed your wedding flowers.
If you are still looking for a florist, I can also create the floral design for your wedding itself — from bouquets and ceremony flowers to table styling, installations and botanical details. In that case, the Day-After Experience can be planned as part of your complete Wedding Floral Story, with the flowers already selected and designed with their second life in mind.
Do you coordinate with our florist or weddingplanner if needed ?
Yes.
Before the experience, I can coordinate with your florist, wedding planner or venue team to understand which flowers will remain available, which arrangements may be dismantled and which blooms are best suited to the experience you have chosen.
Are all flowers suitable for every experience ?
No. Every flower behaves differently.
Some flowers are ideal for pressing, others dry beautifully, while certain varieties are better suited to flower arranging or botanical impressions.
For this reason, each experience is adapted to the flowers used at your wedding and their condition after the celebration. I can guide you to choose the best experience according to your flowers
Are the weddingflowers included in the price ?
The flowers used during the experience come from your own wedding arrangements.
All additional creative materials required for the workshop are provided by Slow Living in Umbria unless otherwise stated.
Do we take something home ?
Yes.
Every experience is designed around three elements: sharing a creative moment together, learning a technique, and creating something meaningful to take home.
Depending on your chosen experience, this may be a flower press with selected flowers from your wedding, a clay keepsake, a scented candle, a hand-tied bouquet or — where suitable — a natural wreath.
Can International guests take their creation home ?
In most cases, yes.
For guests travelling within the EU, taking home pressed or dried floral keepsakes is generally quite straightforward. Travel to the UK is also often possible, although requirements can vary depending on the type of botanical material.
For destinations such as the United States or Canada, plant-import rules can be more specific. This doesn't necessarily mean you cannot take your piece home — it simply means we may need to choose the most suitable type of experience or keepsake and check the requirements for your destination in advance.
Candles and clay keepsakes are usually the simplest options for international travel, while pieces containing fresh, dried or pressed flowers may need a little more attention.
If you are travelling outside Europe, just let me know your destination when booking and I can help you choose the most travel-friendly option.
Will we also learn how to continue the technique at home ?
Yes. That's one of the lovely things about these experiences: you don't just enjoy a creative moment together and take home something you've made — you also learn a technique you can continue using at home. I'll show you how to apply what you've learned with your own flowers and materials, so the experience can continue long after the workshop..
What happens with the remaining flowers afterwards ?
After the experience, you may choose to keep the remaining flowers, leave them with your venue or florist, or — where suitable — allow Slow Living in Umbria to retain selected flowers for drying and creative reuse.
In this case, you may be eligible for a Flower Recovery Credit.
What is the Flower Recovery Credit ?
When a significant quantity of suitable wedding flowers remains after the experience and can be retained by Slow Living in Umbria for drying and creative reuse, a personalised Flower Recovery Credit may be applied to your booking.
The value of the credit is agreed in advance and depends on the type, quantity and condition of the flowers.
The Flower Recovery Credit is not based on the original retail value of the flowers.
Once the flowers are collected, they still require transport, sorting, conditioning, drying, storage and further creative processing before they can be reused.
What do we need to provide at the venue ?
For venue-based experiences, we generally require a suitable table or working surface, access to water and electricity where needed, and a shaded or protected working area.
Specific requirements will be confirmed according to the chosen experience.
How much time do you need to set-up ?
For experiences at your wedding venue, please allow approximately 45-60 minutes before the experience for preparation and set-up.
How do we book ?
First, explore the individual Day-After Flower Experiences to see what you will create, what you will learn and the pricing for your group size.
Because each experience is linked to your wedding date and flower availability, please request your preferred date before booking here.
If you are unsure which experience is best suited to your wedding flowers, would like the workshop at your venue, are planning for a larger group, or need help with flower collection and logistics, I can help you choose before confirming the booking.
Once I have confirmed availability and the practical details, You can either request your experience through the webshop or contact me directly by email.
If by mail Please include:
- the number of guests
- your preferred location
- the bride's name
- your preferred experience date

What's your payment & Cancelation Policy ?
Once availability and the practical details have been confirmed, I will send you a secure payment link for a deposit of the selected booking value and invoice/receipt. For experiences taking place within the next three months, the deposit is 50% of the booking value. For experiences taking place more than three months ahead, the deposit is 30%
Your Day-After Flower Experience is officially reserved once the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due a few days before the experience.
You do not need to pay the full amount when first requesting your date.
Plans can change, especially around a destination wedding, so if you need to cancel, please let me know as early as possible.
Cancellations made more than 8 weeks before the experience can be refunded. For cancellations made within 8 weeks of the booked date, the 30% deposit is non-refundable, as the date has been reserved exclusively for your group and preparations may already be underway.
Whenever possible, I will always try to find a thoughtful solution, such as moving your experience to another available date.
Keep your wedding flowers as a lasting memory
Your bridal bouquet, bouttonière or bridesmaidsbouquets can be carefully preserved and transformed into a unique floral keepsake.
I accept a limited number of bouquets, so visit my preservation page to explore the possibilities and enquire about availability.
