The Architect in Me Never Left

For many years, I worked as an architect. I thought that chapter of my life was behind me, but I'm beginning to see that the way I look at spaces has never really changed.
Even now, I design. I choose colours and materials, think about proportion, light and movement, and consider how a room will make people feel. The difference is that today I do it through flowers, candles, objects and experiences I love creating. In the end, the intention is still the same: to shape a space that feels beautiful, balanced and meaningful.
That's the spirit behind my new shop in Piazza Umberto I, 20, in Todi. I don't want it to be just a shop, but a place where the different worlds of Slow Living in Umbria can come together: flowers, candles, workshops, bouquet preservation and everything that, to me, means living with more beauty and presence.
I'm getting to know the space, watching how the light changes and imagining how it might welcome the people who walk through its doors. There are still many decisions to make, but I know I can trust my intuition and my gift for creating beauty, order and flow.
The shape of this new chapter will come, one step at a time.
